Specification Inspection
Our fabric will be carefully examined through precise measuring equipment to ensure that they are 100% matching to the sampling fabrics' specifications.
Fabric Weight Test
Fabric weight determines the functional performance of the bags. Therefore, our fabric will be subjected to a precise digital scale to examine the fabric weight.
Tensile Strength Test
The fabric will be subjected to controlled tension with the tension meter until failure to ensure strong tensile is strong enough for our bags.
Buckle Test
The buckles will be inserted together and subjected to 15 LBS tension to evaluate that they are not easy to pull out.
High Accuracy Cutting
The laser cutting machine can result in accurate and complex cutting pieces efficiently. We use our machinery to carefully cut fabrics to save labor and manufacturing costs and ensure a quick lead time and minimal fees.
Exquisite Stitching
Computerized Sewing Half the Work, Twice the Effect. Supported by well-trained seamers. Coupled with the automated sewing machine, we can efficiently realize the most complex and delicate stitching, which can manufacture large bags while ensuring quality and quick delivery.
